Article 1: Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every booking and ticket for the Pride Express, taking place on 2 August 2025 with destination Amsterdam Pride. By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation, the traveler agrees to these terms.

Article 2: Tickets & Payment

Tickets must be paid in full and in advance via the online payment methods provided on the official Pride Express website. All prices include round-trip transportation unless explicitly stated otherwise. The fare also includes access to on-board facilities such as the bar and music experience. A Lounge ticket grants access to a private compartment with six seats on the train.

Article 3: Boarding & On-Board Conduct

The organiser reserves the right to deny access to passengers who exhibit inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to disruptive, intimidating or transgressive conduct, or those under the influence of drugs. All participants are expected to treat fellow passengers and Pride Express staff with respect. Anyone not adhering to this code of conduct may be removed from the train without the right to a refund.

Article 4: Liability

Pride Express cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. Nor is the organisation liable for injuries or accidents, unless caused directly by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the organiser.

Article 5: Changes or Cancellation by the Organiser

Pride Express reserves the right to adjust departure times, routes or boarding locations in the event of force majeure, technical issues or other operational circumstances. In the exceptional case that the event is cancelled by the organiser, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. No further compensation or claims will be accepted.

Standard tickets

Standard tickets are non-refundable after purchase.

Flex tickets

Flex tickets may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. After this deadline, no refund will be issued.

Procedure

Cancellations must be made in writing via the contact form on the official website or by email. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 calendar days via the original payment method.

The personal data collected is used for the execution of your order (such as delivering tickets and related services), providing information about your booking or the event, handling inquiries or complaints, and improving our services through anonymised statistical analysis. We process your personal data based on the performance of a contract, your consent (for marketing purposes), and our legitimate interest in improving our services and customer support.

We only share your personal data with service providers acting on our behalf, such as ticketing platforms (e.g., TicketTailor), payment processors, IT support providers, or accounting personnel. These parties are only permitted to process your data following our instructions. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

Some of our service providers or their servers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, to protect your personal data adequately.
